To reach as many Connecticut youth as possible, Nutmeg Sailing Society, Inc has several sailing/boating programs.
In the 2012 boating season, we will be working to expand our sailing/boating program to include disadvantaged youth by teaming up with established Youth Organizations for one-day sailing instruction.
The 2013 season should see NSS, Inc offering sailing opportunities for those who would not have traditionally had a chance to sail because of disabilities. We plan on aquiring a 30' sailboat, docked in Old Saybrook,CT for this program.
